Week 2 wasn't as high scoring as week 1, but we still were able to learn a good amount from it. Me personally, I am a very analytical person, and the truth is that everyone's sample size is far too small to come to definitive conclusions on these teams. I have started working on a formula/model to grade QB's on their play, and that is slghtly implemented this week, but as time goes on I will use it more for my QB rankings.

CAM WARD
Ranked 25th in QB Power Rankings
I think this game was far closer on the scoreboard than in actual reality. The offense didn't move the ball all that well through the air, and essentially 7 points were because of the defense. I'll give the defense credit for it's performance, except for the fact that they couldn't close out the game. Didn't feel like they deserved to move up or down.
Outside of 2 rushing touchdowns, Ward didn't deliver. Through the air was relatively okay, but overall simply moves up because of QB injuries across the league.

The defense looks solid, but one of the games they played against Cooper Rush, so i'm unsure just how good the unit is.

It's unfortunately the same story for Washington. Daniels goes down with an injury, and at the time of writing this, it is unknown the severity of the injury, although the expectation is that he will likely be out for the season. Truly a nightmare scenario for both parties, as almost all hope for the team is gone by week 3, and Daniels may not get paid if he misses the rest of the season. To me personally, he needs to take precaution to protecting his body long term.
Mariota will be the QB for at least week 3, and honestly, of all the backup QBs in the league, I trust Mariota the most.

The Packers needed that win, and it took them going to OT to get it.

That being said, I have to give flowers when it's due, and the defense looks pretty sharp. The run game looks rough, and Kirk had a good bounce back week. I don't really feel comfortable having them any higher.

It's being reported that Dart will miss the entire season, which essentially tanks most of the hope any Giants fan had. I don't want this to come off as tasteless or in poor faith, but this team was always going to be injury prone in the way that they play. Dart doesn't avoid hits, I shouldn't have to elaborate on Skattebo, and Nabers hasn't played a full season yet. As for the team, I think they would've lost similarly. The Giants defense is not great.

The Packers needed to win this past week, and relatively convincingly. I will ask, did going to OT in a low-scoring affair come off as convincing? I still have questions about the offense, as they still can't get a ground game going, and they were lackluster through the air. They beat the Jets off the fact that their defense made timely plays, but I don't think the defense is going to be anything to hang their hat on, at least until Parsons returns. I don't think this win restored a lot of faith in the Packers, despite the fact that it is a win.
Love is playing fine. He isn't the best we've seen him, but considering he has no running game supporting him, it could look a lot worse.

The Texans were my preseason pick to win the Super Bowl, and for what it's worth I am not jumping off the wagon just yet for a couple reasons. For one, they have started 0-2 in the Demeco Ryans era every season, and they've made the playoffs every year, they have been here before. Secondly, they played two very strong teams in the Bills and the Bengals, top 5 teams according to me. I think they will bounce back, as the defense did look better last week, and Stroud continues to play well despite the lack of offense.
Stroud is playing pretty solid through the first two games. Not really turning the ball over, and being pretty good through the air. No Nico Collins as well in week 2, he'll play better.

K9 feels like the key to the offense, if he isn't working, then they aren't, and the defense still has some big question marks, but I will give them some credit and slide them up to 6.
The deep ball being back was helpful in my evaluation of Mahomes, but he still has a lot of YAC in his game. I'm not going to say he's all the way back until he does it in a game in which K9 is shut down.
