Oh man. This receiver class is something really special. Tons of guys who will have an immediate impact as soon as they get in the league. By 'a ton' I mean, there is a chance that there will be 20 receivers among the top 3 recievers on their respective teams. This class is going to be really special when it's all said and done, and don't be shocked when there is a good amount go in the 1st round.

With some of these lower guys on the list, there's not a whole lot to say about these guys. However, I do like Means. I like the pros, He is fluid off the line and has solid hands, except when it comes to focus drops. He works on his route tree and route running he could see the NFL field for sure.

Rosemy-Jacksaint provides some interesting tape to watch, in the sense that he clearly has a lot of upside, as his best traits will translate to the NFL. However, A lack of seperation ability as a route runner, breakaway speed, and out-bodying defenders, will make it hard for him to live up to his potential. Nonetheless, I think it's still there, and can absolutely see the field.

Whittington may be one of the more boring, but effective players to watch on tape. Nothing really stands out, and that's not a bad thing, but it is something to note. Nothing really too bad stands out either though, and it makes for a relatively hard scouting report. I think he displays good strengths but he really caps out physically.

Clark is another gadget guy in my opinion, but with a good set of wheels to evade defenders after the catch. Jackson has the chops to be a really good deep threat in the NFL. Down field, he has all the traits you look for in a stereotypical deep threat, all though he isn't quite as polished. Doesn't seem to have a great catch radius, doesn't nearly go for every ball he can. Obviously he's not as good underneath but that would be using Jackson wrong.

I realize to some, I may have McMillan lower than expected. However I don't really have anything against him, I just find the guys in front of him just as if not better prospect-wise. McMillan is explosive with the ball in his hands, and has an elite ability to get open. The brother of the best running back in the NFL is non-surprisingly a decent pass catcher in the NFL draft. I think he is complex as a receiver, as he is good with the ball in his hands, almost like his brother, but he also possesses good route running skills as well. He doesn't really have the physicality to be a great blocker, nor go up against good man coverage. I still think he can be used as a weapon in the NFL.
