I mean, that couldn't have been a better overall win. The offense was obviously at full power, but the defense didn't even let them get a garbage time TD. I still don't think Dallas is that bad, but wow, that was an insane victory. The only negative: Aidan Hutchinson is out, which is unfortunate because he was easily a favorite for DPOY.

Lamar Jackson remains nearly perfect against the NFC. Everything about this team just screams they are hungry for playoff success. When you can run the ball better than anyone, and you can stop the run better than anyone, you are nearly impossible to beat.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Commanders, 30-23

The Texans simply took care of business against the Patriots. didn't really expect any less, nothing dissapointing, nor an opponent worthy of moving past the teams in front of them.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Patriots, 41-21
C. Stroud
20/31, 192 Yds, 3 TD, INT
J. Mixon

6..Buffalo Bills (4-2)
-
This Bills team has incredible depth all over the field. On defense, on offense, this team runs deep with it's backups. Ray Davis looked like a monster against a solid defense, and Josh Allen remains poised and turnover free. The Bills seem to be back on track.Â
Note: They just landed Amari Cooper, a pretty nice deal to get done to help out the WR room a little more.
Last Week's Game:

Even if you give the defense a pass because they were facing a rookie QB, that doesn't takeaway the fact they dropped 51 on a divisional rival's top defense. This team may be just as good of a rushing offense as they are a passing offense, which I did not expect at all going into the season.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Saints, 51-27
B. Mayfield
24/36, 325 Yds, 4 TD, 3 INT

There is not enough conversation about this Packers defense. The Cardinals could not get a first down to save their life in the first half, and were ultimately shut down entirely. The offense simply played complimentary football to the defense, and that is a recipe for success.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Cardinals, 34-13
J. Love
22/32, 258 Yds, 4 TD, INT

I have no clue why they let Carolina hang in that game for so long. The offense however seems to be able to beat you in several different ways, which is important to win a good amount of games. Going from a 500 yard passing game to a game with nearly two 100 yard rushers is very impressive.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Panthers, 38-20
K. Cousins

The Commies lost to a great team, doesn't mean they are all of the sudden bad. For their leading rusher to have 22 yards and to still be in the game till the near end, is very impressive. Still have high hopes for this squad.

That is the Niners team that we are familiar with. A throwback performance that is just in time for their biggest game of the season next week. I also think it is time to have a serious conversation about Purdy being in the MVP conversation...
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Seahawks, 36-24
B. Purdy

I suppose I have to explain this one a little bit. This team the past 4 weeks has been brilliant offensively, and holding steady with a strong defense. This team is well rounded, with their QB getting increasingly better and better every week, a pace that is incredibly impressive. I think they are to a point where the roster's talent is enough to win them a good amount of games.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Jaguars, 35-16
C. Williams
23/29, 226 Yds, 4 TD, INT

It is never a good sign coming off a W, when everyone is talking about how much of a clown the Head Coach is. That was one of the most ugliest wins I have ever seen. This team is underperforming to an insane extent, that's why even with the ugly loss, they stay at 13, because the roster is simply too talented, to an extent of course.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Browns, 20-16
J. Hurts

A good win, outside of the passing offense. Great performance on defense and special teams, and ran the ball very well. However, Fields struggled to air it out. He had a good amount of turnover worthy plays, and the offense is starting to look stagnant. It does appear a QB change could be on the way.
Last Week's Game:

The score makes it seem like it was closer than it actually was, as the Chargers were in the drivers seat the entire game. Not a game that blows you away from the Chargers perspective, but certainly a clean one.

I suppose I was wrong about Geno. He has struggled on this losing streak, and so has the defense, two things that were amazing in their 3 wins. This team can be good, It is entirely up to the performance of Geno, week to week.
Last Week's Game:
Lost to the 49ers, 36-22

I don't feel like jumping on the dog pile for the Cowboys. I don't think it is the players faults at all.

All things considered, this was a pretty solid debut for Rattler. He looked like an athlete, and made a lot of wow throws. I can't fault him for the defense giving up 51 points, and had him playing from behind for a lot of the game, as that's an unfair evaluation of his performance.
Last Week's Game:
Lost to the Bucs, 51-27
S. Rattler
22/40, 243 Yds, TD, 2 INT

I know I just said last week that Flacco doesn't need to be rushed out of a job, but I take it back. At this point you learn nothing new with Flacco under center. Richardson needs to develop at QB, and he can only do that with more playing time.

It seems the offense and defense swapped talent against the Giants. The defense was stout as they've been in a long time, however they couldn't move the ball very effectively. The Bengals are having one of the oddest seasons I've seen a 'contender' have in recent memory.

A really odd takeway from Monday Night's game for the Jets. On one hand, they were sloppy on defense, had a lot of penalties and got away with some stuff they shouldn't have, and also were really only in the game bacause of a hail mary TD. On the other hand, the offense did look significantly better, they missed 2 FGs, and as of writing this, they jsut acquired Davante Adams. I don't think WR is the issue at all with this team, but I'd be lying if this didn't make them a little bit better.
Last Week's Game:

The biggest takeway from this game is Nix was WELL under 100, and even 50 yards in the first half. I can't tell if it's a Nix issue, or a Sean Payton issue, or both.

This team is officially dissapointing. There is far, far too much talent to not put up better offensive numbers than they are putting up. I'm not expecting this team to be good, but I am expecting the offense to pick up the slack. Good QB, solid o-line, generational WR, top 5 TE, and what should be a top RB duo. I am once again pleading for them to use Trey Benson more in this offense, and to get him more involved.

At this point, this team moves up just because it is marginally better than the Raiders. The offense isn't THAT bad. it shows flashes, as there is good talent on offense to pull of a win here and there. However the defense might be one of the worst in the league.

There's someting nostalgic about the Browns being at the bottom of the power rankings, with a huge question mark at QB, and some nice pieces, but all around, just a team that makes you feel icky watching.
