1..Detroit Lions (8-1)
-
This is an absurd victory. Sure, you can blame the fact that the Texans didn't do much with the turnovers they got out of the Lions, but regardless, that is 5 drives that the lions simply gave away, potentially swaying momentum. However, it didn't. This is still a good football team in the Texans, and the Lions felt in control for almost the entire game. This entire team is playing out of their minds right now.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Texans, 26-23
J. Goff
15/30, 240 Yds, 2 TD, 5 INT
J. Gibbs
19 Car, 71 Yds
S. La Porta
3 Rec, 66 Yds, TD
2..Kansas City Chiefs (9-0)
-
Look, I do seriously get that the Chiefs are 9-0. They pretty much deserved to win because they made the play when it mattered. Did they get outplayed by Bo Nix at Arrowhead? Yes. They need to show me that they are going to be able to step up when it matters. If this Kansas City team doesn't win by two possesions against Carolina next week, they will drop in the power rankings.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Broncos, 16-14
P. Mahomes
28/42, 266 Yds, TD
K. Hunt
14 Car, 35 Yds
K. Hunt
7 Rec, 65 Yds
3..Buffalo Bills (8-2)
-
Was it just me or was the uniform matchup really hard on the eyes this game? Like white on blue against blue on white? No wonder there was 5 interceptions in this game, it was hard to tell who was on what team. That being said, the Bills took care of business. It wasn't pretty, but the Colts tend to get those sort of performances out of their opponents.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Chiefs, 30-20
J. Allen
22/37, 280 Yds, 2 INT
J. Cook
19 Car, 80 Yds, TD
M. Hollins
4 Rec, 86 Yds
4..Baltimore Ravens (7-3)Â
-
Lamar could seriously win his 3rd MVP this year. But seriously, this team has proven they can win in many different ways, and that is so important when it comes to the playoffs. Sure, they could have lost this game, and they let Jammar Chase torch their secondary, but teams with poor secondaries go far in the playoffs regardless.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Bengals, 35-34
L. Jackson
25/33, 290 Yds, 4 TD
D. Henry
16 Car, 68 Yds, TD
T. Wallace
3 Rec, 115 Yds, TD
5. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2)
+3
Let me ask you, what test has the Wilson-led Steelers not passed? He is 3-0, he has willed them to win against a top 3 NFC team, and the defense and run game has been top end of the league. The hardest test for this team is upcoming this Sunday against the Ravens. If they win that game, then they are Super Bowl contenders, no question.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Commanders, 28-27
R. Wilson
14/28, 195 Yds, 3 TD, INT
J. Warren
14 Car, 66 Yds
G. Pickens
5 Rec, 91 Yds, TD
6..Green Bay Packers (6-3)
-1
Look, I get the concerns about the Packers, but I am holding out a little faith for this team to hold on to this spot. Love is getting healthier, and they have a very good winning recipe.
Last Week's Game:
bye week
7..Washington Commanders (7-3)
-
This loss stings in the sense that this was their biggest test to date, but in a way they still played pretty well. I still think they are a potent force in the NFC, but more tests are on the way.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Steelers, 28-27
J. Daniels
17/34, 202 Yds
A. Ekeler
13 Car, 44 Yds, 2 TD
T. McLaurin
5 Rec, 113 Yds
8..Philadelphia Eagles (7-2)
+2
I am this close to putting my faith in this team, but my mid just goes back to the Tampa game and the Atlanta game. There has been some seperation and growth since then, especially in the passing game on both sides of the ball. Hard to give them too much credit for beating Cooper Rush, however.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Cowboys, 34-6
J. Hurts
14/20, 202 Yds, 2 TD, INT
S. Barkley
14 Car, 66 Yds
A. Brown
5 Rec, 109 Yds
9. Houston Texans (6-4)
-
I feel weird about the Texans. On one hand, they were close to beating in my eyes the best team in the league. On the other hand, they absolutely should have won that game, but threw it away. The play of Stroud this season is encapsulated by the game he had Sunday night. Was it bad? Not really, but it certainly wasn't what you expected to see from him. I get the line is bad and the weapons are hurt, but this team is going to have to show a little sign of life to remain a contender.
Last Week's Game:
Lost to the Lions, 26-23
C. Stroud
19/33, 232 Yds, TD, 2 INT
J. Mixon
25 Car, 46 Yds, TD
J. Metchie III
5 Rec, 74 Yds, TD
10. San Francisco 49ers (5-4)

A relatively dissapointing return for CMC. He will get better though, as the rest of the roster will get healthier.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Bucs, 23-20
B. Purdy
25/36, 353 Yds, 2 TD
C. McCaffrey
13 Car, 39 Yds
J. Jennings
7 Rec, 93 Yds
11. Los Angeles Chargers (6-3)
+3
I think the Chargers are ready for another test to see how legit they are. Their offensive play has drastically improved since their first match with KC. They have had some easy opponents, but I still am impressed with this team.
Last Week's Game:
Beat the Titans, 27-17
J. Herbert
14/18, 164 Yds, TD
G. Edwards
10 Car, 55 Yds
L. McConkey
2 Rec, 52 Yds
12. Minnesota Vikings (7-2)
-6
I really wanted to drop this team further, but I remembered that this team is 7-2. That being said, this is honestly a borderline pathetic performance. The Jaguars defense is bottom of the league, and all you could muster up was 4 field goals, and 3 interceptions? The defense held them to 7, but it was also against Mac Jones, so how much credit can they actually get? I haven't given up faith in this team, but this was a hard, hard game to watch.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Jaguars, 12-7
S. Darnold
24/38, 241 Yds, 3 INT
A. Jones
17 Car, 88 Yds
T. Hockenson
8 Rec, 72 Yds
13. Atlanta Falcons (6-4)

I'm simply chalking this loss up to a random divisonal game, and that the Saints are the weirdest team in the entire NFL.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Saints, 20-17
K. Cousins
23/38, 306 Yds, INT
B. Robinson
20 Car, 116 Yds, 2 TD
D. London
8 Rec, 97 Yds
14. Arizona Cardinals (6-4)
+2
Let's give credit where credit is due: The Cardinals are playing some really good football. The offense is firing not even on all cylinders because they aren't even utilizing Marvin Harrison Jr. Also give credit to the defense as well, only allowing 6 points is insane. A lot of people are looking at this game as another Jets collapse, I see it also as the Cardinals are starting to get pretty consistent.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Jets, 31-6
K. Murray
22/24, 266 Yds, TD
T. Benson
10 Car, 62 Yds
J. Conner
5 Rec, 80 Yds
15. Cincinnati Bengals (4-6)
-
Much like the Chiefs are one of the weakest 9-0 teams I've seen, the Bengals are probably the best 4-6 team I've seen. The offense is practically back to what we all know it as, the defense however is still an issue. It can get better, but this team is going to need to win a lot of games to make the playoffs.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Ravens, 35-34
J. Burrow
34/56, 428 Yds, 4 TD
C. Brown
13 Car, 42 Yds, TD
J. Chase
11 Rec, 264 Yds, 3 TD
16. Tampa Bay Bucs (4-6)
-3
The Bucs are much like the Bengals, have a solid offense, yet find themselves at 4-6. I wouldn't put this team's playoff's hopes in the ground yet at all. There is still a solid team in here, and they showed it against the Niners.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the 49ers, 23-20
B. Mayfield
18/29, 116 Yds, TD
B. Irving
13 Car, 73 Yds, TD
R. White
6 Rec, 39 Yds, TD
17. Denver Broncos (5-5)
+3
I am moving the Broncos up since they at the least went head to head with the Chiefs and were a kick away from winning. Nix is proving me wrong slowly, but this team still lacks a legit weapon on offense that opposing teams have to gameplan for. If they can get a elite receiver, then they can compete. Until then, they are going to have to play a little ugly like they did on Sunday.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Chiefs, 16-14
B. Nix
22/30, 215 Yds, 2 TD
A. Estime
14 Car, 53 Yds
C. Sutton
6 Rec, 70 Yds, TD
18. Los Angeles Rams (4-5)
-1
The Rams are maybe the most inconsistent team in the league. They find themselves amid a potential skid they could be entering. They beat the Seahawks, but the Cardinals are playing well and the Niners are getting healthy. I think the Rams are also going to have to start having some serious conversations about Stafford.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Dolphins, 23-15
M. Stafford
32/46, 293 Yds, INT
K. Williams
15 Car, 62 Yds
P. Nacua
9 Rec, 98 Yds
19. Seattle Seahawks (4-5)

bye week.
Last Week's Game:

20. Chicago Bears (4-5)

I think Caleb is slowly running out of excuses. Shane Waldron has been fired, so there should be an improvement of offense in their next game. If their isn't, there will be some questions. I personally still think Caleb is one of the most talented QB's in the league.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Patriots, 19-3
C. Williams
16/30, 120 Yds
D. Swift
16 Car, 59 Yds
K. Allen
5 Rec, 44 Yds
21. Miami Dolphins (3-6)

I'm not buying the Dolphins anytime soon, but Tua and this team could start slipping some wins in, and with so far a weak AFC, who knows? They could find themselves back in the playoff race.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Rams, 23-15
T. Tagovailoa
20/28, 207 Yds, TD, INT
D. Achane

So how is the Flacco experiment doing? What lesson is Anthony Richardson learning?
Last Week's Game:

23. Dallas Cowboys (3-6)

It may be a tough pill to swallow, but a losing season like this is best case for this franchise. They need better young talent on offense, and they can do that with a high draft pick.
Last Week's Game:
Lost to the Eagles, 34-6
C. Rush
13/23, 45 Yds
R. Dowdle
12 Car, 53 Yds
J. Ferguson

24. New York Jets (3-7)

I think the ultimate salt in the wound for the Jets, is that Davonte Adams gloating this week, only to have the most silent game of his career, and the receiver they traded, Mike WIlliams, caught the game winning touchdown for the Steelers.
Last Week's Game:
lost to the Cardinals, 31-6
A. Rodgers
22/35, 151 Yds

The. Weirdest. Team. Because of course they fire their head coach and beat the Falcons. Not even really in a convincing fashion, as they didn't play that great of a game.
Last Week's Game:

A pretty good win against a good defense. Nothing crazy, but they showed gliimpses of a standout defense they could have. Give them credit, but the Bears beat themselves more than the Patriots did.
Last Week's Game:
beat the Bears, 19-3
D. Maye

Daniel Jones era may be finally over in New York. Where do they go from here? I don't know. But it needed to happen, as it was a toxic relationship between the two. The Giants needed to move on.
Last Week's Game:
Lost to the Panthers, 20-17

Will Levis had a shockingly solid game against a very good defense. I think this game he proved that he at least deserves the rest of the season to try and prove himself.

The loser of the ugliest game of the year, simply has to drop to last. It hurts, because I know they aren't the worst, but with an injured Tlaw, it's hard to make any kind of other excuse.
